Volunteer as a Mock Interviewer

Help fathers build confidence, practice real interview skills, and prepare for employment opportunities.

Mock interviews give participants a chance to practice answering questions, receive encouragement and feedback, and feel more prepared before stepping into real job interviews.

Why It Matters

For many fathers in our programs, employment is an important step toward stability. A strong interview can help open the door to a job, a better opportunity, and a stronger future for their family.

As a mock interviewer, you can help participants practice, build confidence, and prepare for the next step in their journey.

What You'll Do

Conduct Practice Interviews
Ask common interview questions and help participants get comfortable in an interview setting.

Offer Encouragement and Feedback
Share practical feedback that helps participants recognize their strengths and improve.

Support Job Readiness
Help fathers prepare for real employment opportunities and move closer to stability.

Who Can Volunteer

You do not need to be an HR professional to make an impact. Volunteers should be comfortable talking with participants, listening well, and offering thoughtful feedback.

Help a father take the next step toward employment.
