Empowering Fathers & Families for Generations to Come

Our programs are designed to support fathers at every stage of their journey from employment and recovery to parenting and partnership.

Strong Fathers

Our Strong Fathers class helps fathers or expectant fathers prepare themselves to take on the responsibilities of fatherhood.

This three-week class (9 a.m. to 3 p.m., M–F) is designed to show men not only how to be outstanding role models for their children, but also how to provide for their families and learn critical job-readiness skills.

Our Strong Fathers workshop is provided at no cost, and lunch is served at every class. Participants can earn a weekly stipend and receive help with transportation.

Employment & Career Services

Our Workforce Development program is tailored for men with a history of underemployment or reentry challenges, helping them overcome barriers to secure full-time, meaningful employment.

Through personalized career coaching, skills development, and connections to supportive employers, we provide the tools and confidence needed to succeed in today's job market.

  • Career and Training Certifications

  • Job Readiness Assistance

  • Employment Placement Assistance

Construction Training Program

Our Construction Program offers individuals with no prior experience in construction a chance to jumpstart a new rewarding career. In just four weeks of intensive, hands-on training, participants gain the foundational knowledge and skills needed for union and non-union jobs in carpentry, glazing, painting, flooring, electrical, HVAC, and more.

Graduates earn two industry-recognized credentials: OSHA 10 and National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Core Certification, setting them up for success in a high-demand field.

High School Equivalency

Our High School Equivalency (HSE) Program is designed to help individuals achieve their educational goals and open doors to better job prospects, higher education, and personal growth.

The program focuses on key areas of knowledge required to earn an HSE certificate, including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.

Couples Program

Our Couples Program is designed to help fathers become more supportive, emotionally present partners — whether they’re husbands, boyfriends, or co-parents.

We help men build healthier, more respectful relationships that create stability for their children and families.

Out-and-Up Program

Out and Up is our reentry support program created specifically for fathers preparing to transition back into their families and communities.

We work directly with men who are 60–90 days away from release, offering structured support during this critical window of reentry.

We walk alongside fathers as they prepare to step into a new chapter with purpose, responsibility, and hope.

Interested in participating?
Please speak with your parole officer, case manager, or another designated reentry coordinator to learn how you can enroll in Out and Up.
